Please be advised that a fee of 50% of the amount of the scheduled appointment will be assessed for no-shows and last minute cancellations.

 

If you are using a gift certificate, the fee will be deducted from the balance of your certificate. Clients who repeatedly miss appointments will be asked to pre-pay for their sessions.

 

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time to use the restroom, change, etc. We schedule with the intention that you will be on the table at 3:30 PM, if your appointment is for 3:30 PM.

 

If you are late, we will work on you for the rest of your scheduled time, however, the full session fee will still be due. We know traffic is often an issue, but in fairness to clients who are on time, we must remain on schedule.
